Since 2017, Whimsy Bakes has grown around a simple idea: good bread should be thoughtfully made and clearly communicated.

The bakery was founded by Emre Yılmaz with a focus on artisan bread, dependable production planning, and a calm ordering experience for local households, bread enthusiasts, regular customers, and small offices.

Customers can review the assortment or subscription options, confirm allergen information, choose an order or plan, and then receive production schedule confirmation before baking begins. Collection or delivery details are handled with the same care.

Our process is built for small-batch baking, clear order summaries, and practical guidance after collection. We do not offer walk-in sales, so every order is arranged ahead of time.
